NEED TO TWEEK MY CALORIE GOALS?

Hey guys,

I started at 224 and I am currently holding (unfortunately) at 162.8. Would you all mind checking over my diary and giving me some advice as to whether I should tweek my calories. Last year at my physical my doctor told me not to go below 1500 cals, but I have lost 30 something pounds since then, so I don't know if that makes a difference.
