I started 3 weeks ago lost 7 pounds so far thanks to my beautiful wife lol !!!! she also has lost some pounds and she is looking GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi I'm new to all this I have only posted one thing but so far lost 12 pounds working really hard not eating the junk food, drinking a lot more water taking care of business basically lol
