Acne from detox

It's been two weeks now since I've had soda, fried foods, and all that junk.. But now I'm severely breaking out! I've never been one to get acne, but now I have huge pimples all over my face and some on my body. Has anyone else experienced this from detoxing or eating healthier? And if so, how long should I expect it for?

    Did you also start a new exercise program in the last two weeks perchance? I've never had issues with acne from food, but sweat from my workouts will clog up my pores and cause breakouts.

    Yep. This is also bound to happen if you add more water to your diet or if you've had microdermabrasion.

    You are flushing impurities out of your body and they are going to show up on your skin.

    Keep drinking water and stick with it they should lessen in another week or two!

    Yes this happened to me!! I'm on my first week of eating healthy and I have broken out all over my face, thighs and arms it's actually crazy.
    I'm glad I'm not the only one!

    I'm also getting other 'detox' symptoms though.
    Headaches, feeling really tired and dizzy.
    Anyone else get like this the first week or so? It's so annoying
