I've been a member of MFP for some time but have not made it a priority for the last 6 months or so. I've let my work and education get in the way of the healthy lifestyle I was successfully living. I had lost about 25 lb and was feeling great! Well….I'm a nurse and run a cardiac telemetry unit and recently took over a second large unit, the ICU. I also went back to school to complete my doctorate. I'm 1/2 way done but have gained 20 lb in the last 6 months. I exercise 2-3 days per week but used to go 5-6 days. I'm also a stress eater…craving sugary sweet foods. I really need to get a grip on this ….spring is coming and I can barely zip my fat pants. Today I start fresh and looking for motivated friends….
