Oops!! My pants are to tight again.....What happened??
Well, between working 40+ hours a week, and renovating a 100 year old Gorgeian house, there has been little time for proper meal preparation. So that left fast food....Little Ceasars pizza, Chinese take out, Italian subs, fish & chips, (my cat steals most of the fish). But never ever ever McDonalds, Wendys, Burger King or Taco Bell. To me that stuff is completely inedible. My regular diet is for the most part healthy, I don't normally eat junk food, ie; potato chips, cookies, and other sweets, I'm not a big fan of ice cream, my kind of candy is something like yogert covered rasins, (which I like a bit too much, and also why they are not regularly in my house) Where the heck did all this extra weight come from??? Not enough hours in the day to do all the things that are healthy, like exercise and eating right. Its time to change all that. The holidays are past, over-time is shut off at work and we are taking a break from working on the house. Time to do something for myself
