weight training and calories on mfp

So I just joined my fitness pal but I am not new to weightless websites. I lost 80 pounds on medifast and 20 on weight watchers, but both their sites showed that calories were burned not only during cardio but also during weight training, crunches, squats……

I know it is good to do and building muscle helps you burn fat, but I am one of those people that like to SEE it on the screen. So what is up with that?

ANy thoughts?

    Are you asking how to track calories burned through strength training? Log them in the cardio section of the exercise log, just search for the exercise you want.
