Can anyone recommend a good Fiber Supplement?

Hello,

I am trying to get some more fiber in my diet. My goal is 35-50 grams per day.

I start my day with a smoothie and I add some spinach, where I get a little fiber. I often eat sweet potatoes which I know are a good source of fiber. I am starting to cook with Quinoa and Lentils which I have learned have some good fiber in them as well.

Even with these, I am looking to add a little more.

Does anyone take a fiber supplement to help with their fiber intake? I am looking for any kind, could be pill, chewable or one of those you mix with water. I am looking for one with no artificial sweeteners. Also, where did you buy yours?

Thanks!

Chia seeds, I put them in yogurt, oatmeal, shakes. Full of fiber and other nutrients. I LOVE them.

    Salad haha.

If you have some form of fruit or veg with every meal and snack you shouldn't need a supplement.
