Ladies Body Advice? :D (Mini pill)

Hello there This is a tad on the ew side, but I was just interested- I've been on the mini pill Cerelle for about a year and a half now for difficulties caused by PCOS, and I've had no monthly cycles at all - everything completely stopped. Which was delightful, really
Today is day 7 of my 'lifestyle overhaul', All this week i've been eating 1670 calories (or a few less) with mostly clean foods, and been a little more active than usual, and to my almighty surprise, it would seem that Mrs Monthly decided to poke her head in and say hi today! :O This totally threw me, and I wondered whether it was due to eating healthier/being a little bit more active/weight loss that it caused it to return? It seems like a wacky coincidence, though I suppose it could be one. I've no idea if it was due or anything as I stopped counting about a year ago xD. I'm 22.
Thank you and sorry for the ew.

It's your body and it's completely natural. No ew here. I've always been told that eating unhealthy food can cause a womans cycle to get put on hold (with a pill or not) so eating better might just be putting your body back in balance (MY personal expectation of balance is being able to wear white pants any day of the month, but Miss Monthly has other ideas). Call your OB if you think it's a problem, though.0
