Winter Weight Loss

Does anyone else have the experience where your body is clinging to weight in the winter/cold months?

Yes, got to keep warm with an little extra layer of fat.

For a few years after I lost my weight, I would gain 10 pounds in the winter and lose them again in the summer. I live in the northern US, and I'm also not as active in the winter. More time inside inevitably leads to more eating and around and around goes the vicious circle.

The past two years I've gotten a handle on it and just eat less in the winter. Do not like.

Yes! I started my weight loss journey in September, did well for a few months but as soon as the colder weather hit my weight loss seems to have stalled out. I tend to spend way more time indoors and wanting nothing more than to curl up with books and crave heavy foods like stews etc. I haven't given in to the cravings and have managed to at least maintain with no gains, but am not very active. Hibernation mode I suppose.
