10 Week Plan

I been using my fitness plan on and off for over a year and have a hard time sticking to it. I start loosing weight and stop using the program. Uhg.

So starting Monday i have set a 10 wk program goal with some basic exercise and hopefully some more nutritious eating habits. I think this time round i could use a little help and may be a couple extra fitness pals to help keep me motivated. Please add me if your interested. Thanks for your support.

    I've had that problem, too. I would track for a day or two, and then just get bored with logging. I'm looking for more friends, so add me!
