Protein Shakes

Hello! I just have a quick question, I am trying to increase my protein intake and I want to add some protein powder to my morning berry smoothie. I DO NOT want to bulk up but rather slim down. All the research on protein shakes have either been for men to bulk up or have a high sugar amount for women's shakes. Any suggestions? Oh and I am not going to spend $50 on the protein powder.

I've been using Precision All Natural Whey Protein Isolate - hardly any sugar at all, 32 grams of protein and around $30 here in Canada but it's available in the US too. I've been adding it to my smoothie every morning for just over a month, and I haven't bulked up - I've lost 5lbs. Just have to make sure you're staying within your caloric limit for the day. I feel amazing since adding extra protein to my diet...way more energy and I definitely don't have as many sugar cravings throughout the day.
FYI just make sure you're buying whey ISOLATE...not just regular whey....which has more fat and sugar and less protein.0
