Anorexia recovery

hello all ! I am 18 and I am currently 96 pounds and 5'4 inches tall. Though I refuse to seek treatment my parents have been supporting me in trying to get back to a healthy weight. I hate my body so far I am 98 pounds and I just want to dive back to even 90 pounds. I feel so terrible and fat and do not see a good reason why I should bother recovering. The only thing that would come out of that is my period and I don't really want that now anyway. Any recovering anorexics have some advice to help me get through this? It is so hard.

You should seek professional help. Doing this on your own may not be possible right now, especially if you're freaked out over being 98 lbs, which is still underweight. Please consider that.0

You are 18 now and joined MFP in 2011? Log off. Please get professional help.

I agree, listen to your parent and get help today.
Other anorexics are not always the best source of support - and if you get into treatment, you can always find a suitable group through your doctors.0
