Hello everyone, I eat around 100 grams or so of fat a day. It all comes from healthy foods like nuts and eggs.
I am eating 1400 calories a day and never going over. I eat low carb and about 90 grams of protein.
Is that much fat ok to eat?

I would try to swap some of that fat for protein, but yeah dietary fat is not that bad for you.

Only really bad fat is transfats.

I try to stay under saturated fats too. But transfats should be avoided completely.

Not on a very low carb diet, it's required.

As long as you are not exceeding your calorie goal, and you hit your fat and protein goals every day, there really is no maximum amount of fat or protein to consume.

As long as it's not meaning your missing out on other nutrients it's fine.

100g of fat and 90g of protein and you eat only 1400 calories a day? That's 900 calories of fat and 360 calories of protein = 1260. So you eat 140 calories of carbs which is 35g. Is this right? That seems pretty weird to me.

It seems ideal to me. Not everyone prescribes to the typical low fat diet of steamed vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, low fat dairy, egg whites and cooking spray.

It's fine, but you'll probably want a fibre supplement ;)
