Wearing Bras Too Much (Ladies)

Then yes, your breasts will fall off if you wear a bra all the time. As a matter of fact you shouldn't even wear a shirt. Just to be safe. Srs.
Anyway, yes, I think it's not good, because the breasts are glands and are part of the lymphatic system. So if you don't wear it while your at home, and especially while sleeping, it's healthier for your breasts (for the sake of not inhibiting the movement of lymphatic fluid in the lymph system).0 -
I stopped wearing a bra 6 months ago. It's great, but I do have B cup breasts, if yours are larger you might want some extra support during the day. I stopped wearing a bra to bed 17 years ago and they are still as perky as ever.0

I hate bras so I go without whenever possible
This is me. When in public I wear a bra. When running I wear a super supportive sports bra. At home I go without. In the summer, I don't wear a whole lot of anything - it gets hot here...Going without a bra has not had any kind of noticeable effect. They're just as perky now as they were 20 years ago - ask my husband. :drinker:0 -
I keep mine on full time, even during sex.
Yeah right. I wanted serious answers here.
Then you should know your audience before asking.
32D, BTW. They're real and spectacular.
34DD. You jelly brah?0 -

I do jelly bra, but only when I need that extra oomph, brah.0 -
I wear one all the time for support but don't sleep in one. I may go without at home but never in public, my headlights are stuck on high beam:glasses: I don't crave that kind of attention, but I'm sure bust size and back issues would determine a true answer for you.0

hump..I got you both beat with a 40G...although I would kill for some DD's. So yeah..just a bit jelly here.0

In hindsight I wish I'd switched my picture to something else. It's more amusing when you can't tell what the person saying it looks like.
Also jelly bras are the shet.0 -
I quit wearing bras awhile ago (with the exception of when I'm working out, of course... gotta keep those suckas under wraps or things get cray) and I think it's better for you. At least, it doesn't hurt... I know when I was wearing bras they were constantly annoying, if not downright painful at times.
Some people think bras (namely ones with underwires) are bad for you - hindering circulation, etc... I honestly have no idea, but I don't see any *benefit* to wearing bras more than you feel you need to, so why put your bras (which, in my experience, are expensive and difficult to find - well fitting ones, anyway) through the additional wear and tear of extra use?
Also, ignore the know-it-alls who'd rather be snarky and rude rather than answer the damn question. You'll run into an awful lot of them on the forums but don't let them make you feel stupid or discourage you from posting.0 -

You make me feel a bit better about my 32F's.
And I don't sleep in a bra although sometimes I may sleep in a cami with a support shelf built in.0 -

I'm not going to lie or get all fake humble: I love my ladies and think they are fab. DD is just right. For me, anyway.0 -

But really, if you want to wear a bra, just wear it.
We're only on earth for so long, and the last couple decades take a toll on breast appearance anyways.
At home I typically don't wear one, when I'm out and about I do.0 -

My Dad, who is a doctor, always said that the more you wear a bra, the less your chest muscles work at holding your boobs up, so the saggier you get when you get older.
I have G cup boobs and wear bras as little as possible at home. I hate them. The idea of sleeping in one sounds like hell.
And you will have a lot more fun on the forums if you don't crack the sads when you get joke responses to posts. Total waste of energy.0 -
