DVD workouts, how do you figure out calorie burn?

I have some Kathy Smith workout DVD's which I love, but I have no clue how to figure out the calorie burn. Please help me figure this out. The titles are Kathy Smith "Personal Trainer", "Build Muscle Shrink Fat", "Great Buns & Thighs", "Power Step" and "Tummy Trimmers".

    I would recommend using a Heart rate monitor. I use a Polar brand HRM.
