Calories in grilled chicken breast

Hi everyone. Silly question but does anyone know how man calories are in a 3oz piece of grilled chicken? I looked it up on here but I am getting all different calorie amounts.

I found this on the Internet


•approx 46-47 calories in each ounce of grilled breast (skin removed)
•approx 230-235 calories in a 5 oz grilled breast (skin removed)

and

Calories in a 5 oz grilled chicken breast
The breasts can be cooked with the skin on and then removed or not before eating.

With skin removed before eating there are:

•approx 46-47 calories in each ounce of grilled breast (skin removed)
•approx 230-235 calories in a 5 oz grilled breast (skin removed)
With the skin left on and eaten there are:

•approx 55-56 calories in each ounce of grilled breast including skin
•approx 275-280 calories in a 5 oz grilled breast including skin.
