Hello all!
I'm just about to finish week 5 of T25 and hence finish Alpha phase! (woohoo for getting half way through! )
I was just wondering though, I have seen results in the 4 weeks i've been doing it, and as I will move onto Beta phase, I was wondering is Gamma phase worth buying? What were your results like? How did you find it? x

I did T25 over the summer last year when it was first released, and loved it but IMO, unless you want endurance muscle and kind of an intense repeat of the first two I wouldn't go for it. I'd do another round and see how you feel about a different program? I love BodyPump at the gym. They have LesMills Pump for home so if you can you should check out a class before you invest in the program to see if you're into it.0

I would look at youtubes of it first...some of them are better than others. If I decide to get it, I will get it on Ebay, it is much cheaper there, I remember when I got my T 25 base kit there, I saw Gamma 20 and under, some new, some slightly used. That will vary day by day, but Ebay has helped me get some great BB programs much cheaper,
I am enjoying T25 so far, I am doing Alpha Cardio and Beta abs right now, switch the lower/upper body depending on the day. I use other DVD's too but really like the flow and that it is hard but only 25 minutes.
This one youtube has one disc from Gamma:

I have four more weeks of Beta left but I do plan on doing Gamma afterwards. I've already tried all of the workouts (except for Speed 3.0 because I'm scared of it!) and I really love them. I really enjoy strength training and using the dumbbells, it makes me feel stronger and I think the idea of Gamma is that you ideally lose some weight in the first ten weeks of the program and then really focus on strength to start toning. I can't speak to how effective it is because I haven't gone through the entire program yet, but I do Rip't Up regularly in addition to whatever my regular T25 workout for the day is and I love love love it. Also, you can find it online if you're savvy about torrenting and that sort of thing.0

I found new Gamma on Ebay about 40-45.. I think I will buy the 45 one today ( I don't like auctions) and it seems to be the cheapest new.
Look forward to adding some new moves in March. : )
