Loss the WEOGHT gain confidence

You can never know how the feeling of being in a situation is until you have been there yourself. You might tell someone I know how you feel like but you don't really feel it. Most of us here struggling with our weights. Some people say it doesn't matter how you look like but it does. Trust me it does and a lot of you know that.
Because when it comes to being overweight it's not just about how you look like. It's about what you can do from simple things.
Like wearing the socks without struggle_walking without feeling out of breath_eating without everyone starring at you_ setting comfortably in any chair_being able to pass from small spaces_climbing on something without worrying if it will break _being able to do certain activities without needing to look at the weight limit reacquired_being able to shop for clothes and not worrying about finding your size_and the most important is looking at your self and saying I love who I am not who people want me to be
Tell me ??? I am sure there are lots of things you have in mind.
for me when I used to go to occasions I would be embarrassed to be the biggest one there and there were lots of times I had that happen
First before you start anything you have to be confident in yourself that you will do it 100% and you will reach your goal cuz that is the only thing that will keep you going
For me every time I feel like I wana cheat and eat something I think in my mind I am only bona enjoy this food for minutes or even seconds but I will sure regret it for a long time
I think in my mind what is more important eating something that I will enjoy for a short time and then it's gone or reaching my goal weight and see that I accomplished what I wanted
I want this topic to be for people to share whatever they want from struggles that they want overcome,to motivate each other, or even ideas on how to loss the weight

you have to put a goal for yourself a time limit a program it can be anything the simplest thing you can think of but you have to make a change
on January 24th 2014 I put for myself 100 days to achieve my gaol and until now it has been 16 day
I put a calendar that I mad in my bedroom with 100 days and each day that goes by I mark that day and I weight myself every 10 days
seeing the days passing by and I am still on track keeps me motivated
tell me what do you struggle with and where do you want your journey to end?
