Misc stuff that happens while losing weight

I haven't been buying too many clothes lately because I want to continue losing weight and don't want to waste money on items that will be baggy in a few weeks. Anyway, I finally had to buy some jeans because all my clothes have been hanging off of me, pants are down to half-way over my feet!
Soo, if you have a Steve N Barry's near you, they have the Sarah Jessica Parker line there called Bitten. The jeans are $9! You can't beat that for "transition" pants. I bought a pair 3 weeks ago that are already getting baggy on me..but at least I know they weren't super expensive! I'll take them to a consignment shop or even keep them for my next pregnancy instead of buying maternity pants.


Also, are a lot of you finding that you are colder now?? I seem to be freezing all the time. I used to be hot all the time and now I am chilly! I guess I am losing my insulation???

second...great idea and price! and I don't know I've never heard of that store...but I'm gonna google it lol....

and third...I'm colder too lol....that's funny! not all the time but I notice that my rings will slip off so easily when I'm not bloated and cold....that hasn't happened since before my son was born 7 yrs ago...its kind of nice...just can't be too careful about my rings...(engagement/wedding) hubby and I would be very sad! lol

Oh, I am always sooo cold! And I know what you mean about the clothes, last time I lost weight I swear I wouild buy new clothes everytime I went down a size, I am trying so hard not to do that this time, but I feel like such a slob!

The local Goodwill and Bargain Centers have become my new shopping stops!! Last time I bought pants I got 3 pairs for about $15 at Goodwill. 2 were brand new and 1 was a little frayed - but I figured I wouldn't be wearing them that long anyway!!

I goodwill and Ross a great deal. It's really good clothing for cheap, not to mention that you can find extremely cool clothing from time to time. :happy:

i love to buy new clothes now, i use to HATE it,,,, coz it made me feel horrible
but today for the first time i got to buy a pair of jeans in a store i wouldnt even have dreamed of getting in before, and i was a size 18 uk, 14 us !!!!!!!!!!!!! down from 22 uk or 18 us ...i could not believe it, when i got in the size 16 and it was loose,, so now i officialy can shop in normal clothing store and not in the full figure ones.
