How would you log calories from TRX classes?

I am in TRX classes with two different trainers: one has a very fast rhythm, the pace is similar to high impact aerobics. The other is slower, but also more advanced regarding difficulty / strength required. As I have no way to count calories, I have been logging both classes as low impact aerobics regarding calories, but I wonder how off I am. Mostly out of curiosity than anything else, I do not eat all the calories back anyway. How do you log such classes?
