Feeling good

A little under a week ago since I started working out again and since I have drastically changed my diet, my weight had actually gone up by five pounds . Seeing this, kind of bummed me out, regardless I stayed on my diet, and continued working out. So now four weeks into my dieting and exercise I have lost 8 pounds, putting me now at three pounds less than I weighed 4 weeks ago. But here is the great news I just found out. The scale I was using was actually giving me faulty readings. So my starting weight was actually ten pounds heavier than I thought initially. What this means is since I started , I have lost close to 13 pounds. That makes me motivated to keep going towards my goal.
