i just signed up,want to keep track of calories consumed and what i do day to day for exercise.I have a slew of exercise dvd's and videos and they are my primary form of working out.I,d like to lose 15 lbs or so.I lost 12 lbs several years ago,but have been stuck at the same weight since.This site looks like a good place to track calories and fitness routines.I'm a 50ish mother of 3 and live in New England.

I just signed up late last night. I am a 35 year stay at home mom of 2 boys who are both in school all day now so I have all the time in the world to eat healthy and workout. I was diagnosed with having high cholestrol and high blood pressure just recently. So I've lost 17 lbs since being told I have high cholestrol which is wonderful for me.0
