Hello! New to site & looking for friends/support system

Hi everyone. I have used myfitness pal off and on for 4-5 years but have had problems being consistent. I would track my food for a few weeks and either get bored with it or just give up because I thought it was too exhausting to track everything I ate.

I have lost weight before (40 pounds about 7 years ago and 15 pounds two years ago) but I usually lose my motivation to go to the gym after I get down to my goal weight.

This time, I a determined to keep it off for good! I hope to meet friends on here who can support me through this process and I am more than wiling to do the same for you! Go ahead...don't be shy. :)

I need to lose about 30 pounds. I like to jog. I have entered a few 5k's. I also love classes at my gym such as step aerobics and zumba. Resistance training is my least favorite part of weight loss but, I am slowly incorporating it into my workout routines.

    Welcome back to MFP! I couldn't have done it with out my friends on MFP. I've lost a total of 75lb & I have 5lb to go. I log everyday and I like to encourage my friends that encourage me.
