Is there a calorie counter on here for Multi Ingredient reci

But wanted to know if there is one on MFP....I often input some of the recipes or find something similar to what I am eating but would love aprx calorie counts...

    Totally. Just click on the "food" tab, then go to "recipes", and from there click on "enter recipes". This feature will allow you to input recipes and it will crunch all the numbers for you. When I found this tool, it completely changed my food-recording life!!!

    the recipe counter is my best friend, because i'm one of those people who likes to cook elaborate meals full of different things, and if i like them, make them over and over, i just imput it into the recipe counter once and BAM! i have it forever :)

    i agree enter it into your recipe data base. if you want you can still long them one at a time on your food log. i currently enter the base in recipes (i.e. stir fry veggie mix and sauce or my homemaid tomato sauce) and then my variations (chicken, pork, noodles, rice etc) in the journal.
