Need questions answered/advice on Calorie and Workouts 48F

Hi, I'm new here. 48F. Starting weight 205, currently 198, working towards getting around under 135. I'm short 5'2 but had a very muscular build. I used to be an athlete (soccer, rollerblading, team sports), then had multiple knee issues and surgeries, kids, another health issue (MS) and so unfortunately here I am. My MS is fairly benign, so finally getting around to making time for me now that the kids are older. Currently, working out 4-5 times a week.
So, I plugged in my goals and it is alloting me 1200 calories a day. I've been adding in cardio (zumba, step aerobics, walk, bike, elliptical). When I do, I get more calories on the app. So, a couple of questions:
#1 Can I save calories for the weekend like people do on weight watchers, or is that counter productive? Example - 200-400 under (with excercise) for a couple of days, and then go ahead and have some extra food or a couple of beers on the weekend?
#2 If I have a full week of being at or under my calorie/fitness goals, how badly do I set myself back if I have a 2500- 3000 day. (I know everyone is different, but looking for feedback)
#3 Why doesn't the app give any calorie credit for weights? I know it's important to lift, just getting started on that part.
#4 I'm doing this somewhat slowly but with summer and spring break coming, I'm getting anxious/excited. Any advice on ways to increase weight loss occasionally for an extra loss without messing up my metabolism? Ideally, I'd like to lose 10lbs in two weeks to kick start into a smaller clothing size.
Thanks for the help!

1200 calories per day is the MINIMUM. If this, or any other app or site or human tells you to be under that punch them in the ear.

1: Your body has no idea what day it is. That's a brain thing. You can absolutely move calories around to fit your life, within reason. That's what all of this is, if you think about it. You ate more calories than you needed for a year or ten, so now you have to pay them back.

2: Jeez. Again, you're sort of just shifting calories around. One massive day every now and then isn't so bad. One massive day ever week will negate everything you're trying to do.

3: Type in "strength training" under the cardio section.

4: Move more. Do not go under 1200 calories to increase weight loss. Just burn more.
