I am planning on starting a group on here for those who are interested in doing 30 Day Shred. I am on my second day today, but anyone who hasn't started yet or is even halfway done with the program can join. I think it will be great to have the group so we can all stay motivated and report our results at the end (if you want to). Let me know if anyone is interested in making this a group.

I just finished it and will continue integrating the workouts into my exercise routine.
I saw quite a bit of difference in arms, shoulders and back. Abs are stronger, but hidden....I'm not done with weightloss yeat.
I just went hiking for 3 days - 35km - 1400m altitude up and down again....
Seems to me the program really got my leg and knee muscles stronger too, because I have never been able to walk down a mountain for that long pain free. And the up was soooo much easier too.

Don't mean to burst your bubble... But I believe there are already a few 30DS Groups... And lots of threads for people to report results.
