Help please!

I've never been more dedicated to shed off the excess pounds and live to my fullest potential. :)

My day got just got started but I'm a little confused. Yesterday was my cheat day. Looking back at my weekly net calories, I ate too much yesterday. I seem to only be 194 calories under my net calorie goal...which I think is far too low to eat in one day. I'm allowed to eat 1,200 a day. Do I continue to eat so I fullfill my 1,200 today? Or do I just try to squeeze 194 calories since I dont want to go over my weekly calorie goal?

What should I do?
