Seafood Stew

Tilapia Fillet
Raw Scallops
Shrimp
Tomatoes Petite Diced 28 oz, 3 container
1 jar of HEB - Tomato Basil Spaghetti Sauce
Jalapeno Pepper - Diced
All Natural Clam Juice
Mr. Dell's - O'brien Hashbrowns, 0.5 container (8 cup (85g) ea.)

My family loves this one.

    mine like:
    6roma tomatos diced
    parsly
    1lb shrimp
    1lb scalops
    red peper flakes
    salt
    butter
    6 cloves garlic
    cornstarch slury
    saute garlic in 1/2 the butter, add tomatos heat until boil(stiring), add red peper salt, cover simmer 30 min (stir ocas) wile simmering heat remaning butter and shrimp+scalops cook until done, @30 min add shrimp ,scalops, and slury to tomato, mix leave uncovered and simmer a few minutes more stiring nonstop mix in parsly, turn off heat let sit a moment serve over noodles or rice, or on toasted baget......
