Newbie to myfitnesspal.

Hey all, I'm pretty new to this. I download the app a couple weeks ago..and did not know a website existed til a friend clue me in. Anyways, I'm here to exchange workout ideas and strategies. I been working out off and on for the past 8 years but I'm always open to new things. I'm not much of a dieter, but after I got this app, I realized I didn't eat as healthy as I thought so I'm trying to change that. I'm 5'6 and bounce around 175-180 lbs. Currently, I'm strength training and got a couple goals for this year.
