Left for awhile due to many factors, and gained 30 pounds. Looking to lose the 30 pounds before summer arrives. Right now, for my exercise, I hike and snowshoe weekly (1000-4000 calorie burn in a day). Unfortunately, I am unable to do other exercise during the week.

I am looking for a good group of people to help motivate each other, and share in our successes
