I have either a cold or the flu, that has decided to kick in today, which is fine because its my rest day and I am just sitting around reading. But do you work out when you are sick, or just take the days off to rest?
I am planning on just trying it out tomorrow and deciding what to do based on how I feel, but was wondering what other people's thoughts are...

How sick are you? If you work out at home, just ease up. If you go to the gym, stay home (so no one else gets sick!/) and do some mild stuff at home if you can.0

Hmm, didn't think to include that, but yes I workout only at home. I don't think I'm very sick, just the standard sore throat, stuffed nose, sore body, no energy, etc.
I'll just go a bit easier tomorrow and see how it plays out.0
