Hey guys, yet again I find myself dieting. After over indulging at xmas my boyfriend decided to get back in shape and ive decided to join him. I was just over 13st at xmas and now sitting at 12.6 This time rather than crash dieting and following the latest trend ive decided to change my eating habbits by switching to healthier options - cereals for breakfast not a plate of loaded sandwiches! fruit instead of crisps, green tea instead of cola. I had a bit of a lapse following a night out which led to a few drinks, and eventually a kebab, and furthermore hangover food! Felling a little bit back on track today though, although i did also fall victim to a few biccys!
