Fittness App for the gym

hi guys, im looking for a smartphone app (i have an android phone) that i can use to provide me work outs in the gym.

I want to do both cardio work and weights at the gym, but preferably on seperate days. Ie - Day 1 could be a circuit of burpees, step ups, kettle bell swings, treadmill etc and Day 2 would be various weight machines. I guess basically it would be somewhat like having a trainer to set a different workout routine each day.

does anyone have a good App suggestion for this purpose?

Thanks

I have just downloaded JEFIT. Not had much chance to play with it but it seems quite comprehensive.

You can log a lot of strength training exercises into it and cycling and running. As I said not a lot of experience with it but you may want to give it a go.

What kind of equipment does your gym have? LifeFitness makes an app that will sync their cardio machines to their app and then you can also use your smart phone to scan in the different strength training equipment, if your gym has their new versions. Their app does set up different training schedules for cardio, but I don't know about the strength training since I haven't tried that part of the app yet.
  • I use sportstracker. I have a hrm for my phone as well.

I heard the app called pump up is really good. You can customized your workouts and tells you how many calories you burn, etc.
I would get this app myself if I had a smartphone. You can go here to watch a video and get the app: http://pumpup.co/
