    Incredible transformation! Keep it up...now that you at goal you still need to work to stay healthy and avoid those bad choices that put you where you did not want to be. Great job, you are an inspiration for those of us just getting started!

    I am down 8.5 lbs in 3-months but still have 60 more to go...hope i can follow your great example.
