Inexpensive, all-inclusive, adults only resorts?

I'm trying to figure out where we will go next year for vacation. I've looked all over Expedia and just don't know. Any recommendations?

When I say "inexpensive" I'm talking $3200 or less total. (Flight included). Looking at probably 5 days, 4 nights. Flying out of San Antonio, TX.

Is Mexico still too messed up?
