Better built arms or legs/butt on a woman?

Just curious, because I feel like I workout my arms more than my legs/butt and they're lacking.

Are big triceps/shoulders/biceps weird on a woman as long as there is still some lower body def. or should it be the other way around? I'm not talking hulk arms btw, just definition and some mass.

I might change from arms/shoulders 3X a week and legs 1X to arms/shoulders 3x, legs 2x, glutes only 1X

    Squats- great for legs, glutes, and core.
    Deadlifts-legs, glutes, back, core. Arms too.

    Your biceps/triceps/shoulders are small muscles compared to glutes, quads, hammies etc. Why would you spend 3 times more energy and time focusing on those?

    Hmm you're right, they are smaller muscles. I just love working biceps and shoulders for some reason. I definitely need to add in more squats though. Right now, I am 'that friend' that skips leg day, but not anymore.

    I don't think a big upper body is weird on a woman, whatever you'd like, go for it!. However, I do think it's good to at least be somewhat proportional. It's one thing if certain body parts lag behind naturally, it's another to slack on it completely. You can usually tell the difference. Never skip leg day and all that!
  • ugh i am so focused on my butt and abs that I forget wok the arms, thankfully most of my abs moves include me lifting/holding my body weight so the muscles have gown and defined along the way :smile:
