try and try again

New to this. Like so many others have tried to lose weight so many times before but have been invited to a 40th birthday/reunion in May so this has given me a goal and the motivation I need! Food wise I'll be trying to stick to 5.2 diet. Trying out a Willpower and Grace class today and plan to fit in swimming and kinesis express too. My partner starts a male weight loss programme tonight, so hopefully we can keep each other motivated. Movband is getting charged up and I've did some freezer bags so I can chuck on some soup whenever I feel like it. Good luck fellow fitness pals.
