Carb craving but not ' hungry'

Hi all ,
This is a follow up post to my unanswered previous post .. I have been unable to eat my 1200 calories a day inspite of going to the gym 6 days a week .
So yesterday was my break day from gym and i was amazed how my appetite returned . Also i was having carbs and fat and sugar . The more carb fat and sugar i had the more hungry i felt . I ate 1600 cals .

Today however , ii ve had a 3 egg omlette since morning and its been 5 hrs and im not hungry at all .
Can someone please help me ?? I want to k now if it is just a phase and if this will pass ? Should i continue eating healthy even when not hungry and not resort to carbs just to boost my appetite ?

Even on my diet plan im eating about 120g of carbs daily and no sugar at all ( except the fruit for dessert )

Omelette is egg right? It has high calories and has lots of protein. Thats why you are still full even if its been 5 hours. Protein really makes us full too.

If you just wanna eat even when youre not hungry. Eat a candy. Set your stopwatch to 20 mins. Once it reaches 20 mins you will feel full.

Sorry i meant to say 3 egg white omelette .. So the calories are not as high as yolk and egg white ..
But what i meant to ask was im struggling to reach even 1000 calories a day ( not eating back exercised cals ).

Is my fat consumption of 35g too much or is it ok ?
    Thank you

Also i see nobody replying maybe because they think im trolling or as to how did she get fat if she did not eat . plz be considerate i am actually having a problem and i need support and thats what i thought this forum was for . Everyone has issues which you may or maynot understand but some help would go a long way .

    Hii!

Its not difficult to eat.You have to reset your mind to just eat healthy and be in your portion.I know how you feel, its sometimes difficult to eat as much when you are trying to focus on losing weight and check on every morsel you eat ...Try to throw in calorie dense food which are also nutritious like, nuts, peanut butter..Eat lots of fruits , vegetable and lean meat...You have to train your body to eat at regular intervals...also include high fibre carbs , they are important....

Thank you , but eating calorie dense food also ups my fat and carb levels above the stipulated levels .. Im vegetarian so my proteins are on the lower side ..

eggs dont have carbs in.... if you opened your diary people might be able to help more....

plus you probably dont actually need to eat so little to lose weight, so you could up your cals, thereby upping your macros, and still lose weight....

what sort of 'diet' are you following and why?

So far I got that you don't really want to eat carbs, you avoid all sugar, you eat low protein because you are a vegetarian and you don't want more then 35mg of fat.

the term low carb, low fat or low protein is relational i.e. if you have low carb, you have high protein and at least mod high fat, if you have low protein, you have higher fat and higher carbs .... etc etc

Yes, there is a group of people that loses a lot of weight and eats only fibrous vegetables and no fat/ low fat proteins like yoghurt or egg whites, but I am not sure you should follow the diet steps of people suffering from Eating Disorders.
