HI everyone,

I am almost 22 years old and have some digestive issues. I recently dropped about 14-15 lbs going from 143 lbs to 129. I am 5'3 and I know focusing on the number is obsessive, but I do want to weigh around 120 and maintain that weight. I carry extra fat in my stomach although it is flat. I eat pretty cleanly and was wondering what I could do if anything to help get over this current plateau so I can finally get to my goal weight and maintain that.

Thanks guys!

Well your diary is closed so it's hard to say...

And yes focusing on the scale number is not a good idea.

To give you an example as to why...my sister who is your height and 2x your age and a mom...thought she wanted to weight 120...

She watched me do resistence training and liked what she saw...so she started.

She is now 125lbs....and in a size 2...muscle definition everywhere...

She goes between 125-130...depending on the week.

Perhaps what you really want is to lose fat and change your body...
