Hi. I've just joined and it is easy to add the foods but I don't know how to add my Curves fitness workout in exercise.
Does anyone have an idea? Thanks

Yes it's very easy
Go to Exercise ( beside Food )
Click on add exercise in the Cardiovascular section and type in Curves and it come up as " Curves Circuit Training " then just go over to the right and pick how many mins you did ie. 60 etc and it will calculate your extra calories for that day. Press add and you will see the extra calories in your food diary0 -
There's an entry for Curves Circuit Training in the exercise database Just search it.0

Thank you! It's much easier to find on pc rather than phone too!0

Hi, I'm not sure what 'Curves' is exactly but I do a few of the Davina DVD's and they aren't listed either so I log them under aerobics - there are 3 categories to choose from, Low Impact, General or High Impact - so I just select depending on which workout I do.
Hope that helps0 -
Get a heart rate monitor (HRM).
Its the most acurate way of knowing what you're buring.
They're about £40+ depending on where you buy it & what type you get.
