Do you workout?As for myself I'm in the Gym 5 days a week!! 3 days carido 2 day's weight training(bodypump class) Whats your workout like?:tongue:

    Thats good! I usually do 3 or 4 times a week. Depending on my work schedule. How long did it take u to lose the 5 pounds?
  • i do 40 minutes of power walking 4 days a week and 2 days i do aerobics. im trying to start jogging so on my walks i will jog here and there to slowly build up

    About 3Weeks... Then i just put 2 lbs back on!! grrrrr
  • I walk everywhere, at least two miles a day. Some days I add a 5-10lb backpack. Recently, I've decided to take up jogging. Beginning today I'm going to go through 5k training.

    I aim for 5 days per week, but realistically I only get in about 3 days of actual focused exercise. I chase around my kids a lot--my 2.5 year old and 1.5 year old really make me work up a sweat!--and dance with them but I don't count anything as actual exercise unless it's working out to a video, cycling, walking, jogging etc. that I specifically allotted myself time for.

    I walk on a 10 incline to increase my calories burned. Before I started myfitness, I had lost 15 pounds but now im stuck at a stand still. I think I need to switch it up

    starting this week i'm doing:noway: 4 days cardio :huh: 3 days weights and walk a mile at my pace everyday
  • 7 Days a week, 5 days strength training 2 days cardio, calisthenics, plyometrics. I try to be active every day!
  • 5-6 Days A Week. I Do Cardio For Sure Mon-Fri And on Mon, Wed, & Fri I Do Strength Training Afterwards. Saturdays I Have An Aerobics Class I Take At The School But It's Pretty Iffy As To When Class Actually Occurs So I Don't Bet On It As Exercise.

    I work out about 6 days a week.

    3 days strength
    2 days practice
    1 game
    3-4 cardio (running/sprints)

    Sunday- Legs
    Monday- Chest
    Tuesday or Wednesday-back
    Thursday or Friday- Arma
    Saturday- attempting to stay under my calories when I don't get exercise cals.

    I'm a football coach, so I spend plenty of time running around and throwing passes (reciever coach) for my cardio.

    5-6 days a week. Always try for 6 but the weekends kill me.
