Here we go!!

Hello! Im Kristi and I have been using MFP on and off for awhile. Starting up again now and thought joining the community would be really helpful! I have a 3 year old and 5 month old and am about 15 pounds above my pre-pregnancy weight (I had lost 50 lbs just before getting pregnant last January). I would like to start with a 20 lb weight loss and I would really like to tone up and stop the jiggle ;) On the advice of a nutritionist/personal trainer, I am doing a 2 week "reset".....high protein, healthy fats and low carb, then slowly reintroducing carbs. I am trying to log everyday, please feel free to add me... I could use all the help I can get :) Thanks for reading!!
