    Just finished chest workout.....was one of the best chest workouts I had in a while

    Was able to do 100 lb dumbbells flat bench 5 reps, no assist
    110 lb dumbbells, 5 reps, assist on 4 and 5.
    And weighted dips body weight + 115 pounds

    I had to brace my phone with my other hand, cause I couldn't hold the phone steady with one hand. :laugh: :laugh:
