Hi all,

Im restarting using this again.... I was a member on here last year as battyg13....
Im looking to lose a bit of weight and lower my bodyfat %
Anyone can add me provided you dont have an eating disorder as I use to suffer with body dismorphia and cant be dealing with that life anymore.......
