Ok guys this is it! I plan to lose 2-pounds every week for the next 8-10 weeks. I am going to cut down my calories and really exercise hard during this time. This would be alot easier to accomplish if I had some friends doing this with me! If there is anybody who thinks they can keep up and do this challenge with me please add me and let me know. I plan to keep track of everybody who joins this challenge and will motivate every one everyday along the way. Do not wait any longer. Now is the time for us to get in the shape we want to be in. Please join me if you are ready for a challenge!

Does anybody want to join this challenge with me? If so I will create a group and we will all just be under the same group so we can be encouraged and motivated by others as well as motivate and encourage others ourselves.0

Hello!
I'm interested in joining the challenge. Every week I keep starting and make many sacrifices only to blow my hardwork days later because I don't see results. I think that it will be encouraging to join in and do this along with someone else.

I am in. 2 pounds a week until I'm 180lbs - currently 197. 1800 cal a day. Lots of gym - running, biking, swimming, eliptical. As much walking as I can get in too.0

Count me in. I am in a challenge at my gym for working out and they provide a basic nutritional plan that I have been trying to stick too but having others that have the same goal to motivate and support each other works better for me. Thanks!
