T25

Going into 2nd week Alpha of T25. While I did a lot of modified workouts to keep going with the flow I feel a lot better at the the end of the week. That being said I was looking for suggestion or thoughts on if I should continue Alpha past 5 weeks If I have not mastered during the pure workout routines successfully as they are shown and in sync as they do them?

    It's OK if you need to do a 2nd round of Alpha before moving on the Beta. It just depends on if you feel like you are up to going on to the next level. No need to rush the process, you don't want to end up with an injury or getting frustrated and quitting.

    I'm told the system is designed to transition from alpha to beta. There is a beta modifier too (I started beta yesterday, thank goodness for the modifier!!)


    When you're done beta you can try alpha again to see how much better you can do!!
