I need to intake more calories!

Ive been eating fruits, a nutrition bar and a sparkling water beverage.. That fulfilled me but all of that only equaled 380calories! Im supposed to be taking in 1300.. :grumble: Do you guys know any foods I can eat that are high in calories and low in fat, sodium, etc?

    Is that all you ate for the entire day?

    Calorie dense foods - nuts, seeds, nut butters, avocados, use olive and coconut oils, whole eggs, full fat dairy (fat doesn't make us fat - too many calories do), bananas - good calories packed in smaller portions that get you to goal.

    Eat your calories, drink water, exercise, take rest days, get good sleep. And repeat. :smile:
