Not really a re-start

I joined MFP towards the end of 2011 when I found out about a scary health issue i didnt know i had.......
That being said I did everything I possible could to drop weight quickly, by May 2012 I had lost about 55 lbs......
I have been able to maintain my new weight since then, and have even managed to lose some additional poundage
I was so committed at the beginning of my journey and now i am just maintaining my weight. I need to get back on that horse and start getting rid of these last 20ish lbs
I am geting ready to change my career paths and in order to do that I will need to be at my optimal health.
When I dont have a pressing issue (such as the one that scared the *kitten* outta me and made me determined to lose weight so quickly) i find it much harder to get myself extra motivated, and really stick to my calorie goals.
Any suggestions from the peanut gallery?
I know what needs to be done, but maybe hearing your kind words (or not so kind words) might just help get me back on that horse!!!!!
