How To Track Shirataki Noodles

Hi, I love the low calorie qualities of Shirataki. How do I track these? All the pre-saved entries are at ZERO calories, regardless of the serving size i enter.
And has anyone eaten these for a long period of time, who can confirm they aren't making you gain weight? It seems too good to be true to eat 4 cups of this stuff a day and still be under 100 calories. Thanks!

Hi! I eat Nasoya Pasta Zero Plus at least once a week. The whole bag is a little less than a cup and a half of noodles. 30 calories, 8 grams carbs, 2 grams protein, 6 grams of fiber and 30% daily recommended iron and 20% calcium. I absolutely love them! I get full and I've been losing weight even with all of the "bad" stuff I eat on the weekends.0

I hope someone can help you. I refuse to eat those horrible, disgusting, awful things. They are not in any way, shape or form, noodles. :grumble:
Enter your own, using the nutrition label off of the package, not anyone else's presaved information, there are a lot of presaved entries with the wrong information.0 -
Thanks everyone! I really love them so far, but my diet has been extremely strict for about 3 years. I've only been eating vegetables, berries and lean fish and chicken. It'd be nice to have some low calorie pasta here and there0

I really don't mind the flavor but they are so much better if you make sure to rinse them really well and then dry fry them first. I like to throw a few drops of sesame oil in sometimes and it makes all the difference with the flavor and texture. That may kind of defeat the purpose of "low calorie" though0
