Doing intense cardio in the mornings...

Do those of you who work out in the mornings do the intense circuit training programs such as: Insanity or Turbo Fire? I've done insanity a few times (after work) and can't imagine being able to keep up even more so in the mornings....and be able to cool down fast, hop in shower, and head off to work. Just curious what people's morning schedules entailbefore and after their workouts.

I do ChaLean Extreme in the mornings, but most of that program is strength. I get up at 4am, workout, then shower and eat breakfast. I find I like doing it like that because A) I don't have to worry about it later in the day , and
I have more energy/good feelings early in the day.
